Position Description

CGI is seeking a RPA Business Analyst, this is a highly visible, career advancing and exciting opportunity to work on a new project that is fully remote and in flexible environment. You will be working in a positive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment.

This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Ideal candidate must be able to follow project methodology, responsible for the research analysis, design, code, test, debugs, provide documentation and maintenance of application systems. Performs analysis, new designs, and system modifications.

Performed gap-fit analysis, functional specifications development, configuration, testing, and training documentation and delivery.

  • Delivered functional and technical specifications, key design decision documents, test cases, and organizational impact documentation
  • Developed and executed activities related to end-to-end project management consulting, including project schedule development (for the team as well as executive level), risk management, quality assurance plans, estimates, scoping, and requirements through implementation and deployment.
  • Document RPA processes, including workflows, configurations and maintenance procedures

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Development and O&M of RPA (UiPath and Citizen Development) Automations and Process enhancements

  • Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of automation solutions
  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Citizen Developer) to automate repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the monitoring and maintaining of existing RPA
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

Training and Knowledge Sharing

  • Design and develop training materials (including presentations, manuals, tutorial, and hands on exercise tailored to various skill levels)
  • Assist in the creation of the training curriculum that covers key RPA Citizen Developer concepts, tools and functionalities
  • Conduct training sessions in person or virtually live sessions to educate participant on RPA Citizen Development tools and facilitate interactive learning to ensure comprehension and retention of RPA concepts.
  • Provide training and office hours support (when applicable) to end-users and stakeholders on using RPA tool, specifically UiPath and Task Capture, and managing automated processes.
  • Support and demonstrate how to design, configure and deploy RPA bots to automate specific processes
  • Foster a culture of automation by sharing best practices, tips, and lessons, learned from RPA implementations

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $60,300.00 - $133,500.00.
