We are looking for an Account Development Manager (m/f/d) – GoSilico Global to contribute to the commercial growth of GoSilico’s software and service offerings in the region.

You will be part of our GoSilico sales team and use product and application knowledge to generate sales from Cytiva’s Global Strategic and other large accounts. You should be able to evaluate a customer's molecule development process to identify solutions and provide the necessary tools, information, and support to sell licenses, services renewals as well as identifying expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for the sales target and the development of account specific strategy plans for a prioritized set of high potential Global Strategic or other large accounts.

  • Development of insights related to customer’s strategy, organizational capabilities, goals, and key stakeholders and Cytiva’s position within the customer’s process development pipeline.

  • Identification and advancement of commercial opportunities within assigned customer accounts in collaboration with relevant members of the account team and other parts of Cytiva’s organization as needed. This includes planning and executing customer facing activities in conjunction with the marketing department and product management.

  • Develop long-term adoption strategies in conjugation with the Customer Success team to sustain and expand usage of the GoSilico solutions as part of the customer's workflow.

  • Coordinate the technology development in collaboration with R&D and customer accounts to ensure a balance between commercial growth and technology advancement.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Process Engineering or other Life Science related field, Master or PhD degree in above fields is a merit.
  • Long-term working experience in a Life Science or Pharma based businesses with roles in sales, customer success, field applications, product management, product marketing, product or process development or related.
  • Experience in biologics manufacturing, process development, business development/partnering, software, informatics, digital services, digital transformation, and/or other digital innovation activities is highly desirable
  • Experience from direct interaction with customers, preferably within pharma or biotech.  Strong ability to understand customer needs and how the company can help meet these.  A strong interest in creating commercially beneficial mutual relationships is an essential component to be successful in this role.
  • Knowledge in using common tools for sales management, collaboration and business intelligence, such as SFDC, Confluence, Quip and QlikSense.
  • Proven ability to work in a global environment, ability to travel globally ca. 50% of time.
