Job description

Graphic/Digital designer - 24hours/week - €90 hourly

An experienced designer is called to join a fully remote project at the largest travel-and holiday booking company.

The focus of the role is on designing and creating innovative and engaging performance-driven designs for marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta platforms, AppStore and others)

Key requirements: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, simple motion design; scalability tooling, infographics Practical info: fully remote, 24h/week, €90/hour

Key responsibilities:
- Create high-quality graphic digital designs for social and digital channels - delivering concepts across multiple social media platforms.
- Create for scale - comfortable with automation and finding solutions to deliver to 45+ markets and many different formats.
- Think platform-first - optimise assets for the platform through testing creatives in the native environment, conduct regular competitor analysis, comfortable using data-driven insights to shape creative evolution.
- Think customer first - keeping up with social trends, optimising engagement for the target audience, and respond to evolving needs and constraints of the customer, business, and marketing platforms (particularly paid social).
- Technically savvy - comfortable with automation tooling and plug-ins to deliver at scale

Knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in design software for advertising and digital marketing such as Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Has a track record of working with common digital marketing mediums and channels, including social media
- Experience with scalability tooling
- Experience with localisation and adapting to cultural differences globally
- UX experience
- Motion design experience
- Infographic experience
