Job description

Join Our Team as a Systems Integration Analyst!

Humankind and Richmond Fellowship have merged to form a stronger charity, offering integrated mental health, housing, and substance support services. As we rebrand by October 2024, we are seeking a dynamic Systems Implementation Specialist to lead the design and migration of our case management systems.

In this role, you’ll work with key stakeholders to map current processes, define new business requirements, and oversee the migration to a new system. Your expertise in system design, data migration, and reporting will be crucial in ensuring smooth transitions and compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with experience using SystemOne and working in dynamic environments.

Key Duties Include:

  • Process mapping of existing pathways and work with teams to define future processes, linked to systems implementation.
  • Define business requirements, via review and workflow analysis to support, define and create business cases.
  • Support the modelling of case management systems and scope of work to build and migrate into alternative systems.
  • Facilitate debate around options among relevant teams to produce recommendations.
  • Identify dependencies for, and impact assessment of proposed changes.
  • Design and implement the new case management system, ensuring templates are in place to record relevant information.
  • About You:Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst working within an environment of change.
  • Outstanding analytical, innovation and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience of using SystmOne, designing and implementing templates and recording processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
