Overview of Role: 

Truehold is seeking a dynamic VP of Sales with a deep background in real estate and a proven ability to drive sales growth in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and execution-focused, with a strong foundation in sales, strategy, operations, and marketing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement Truehold’s short and long-term sales strategy with clear, ambitious targets. Recruit and lead top-tier talent to consistently hit or exceed sales goals. 
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Drive a customer-first approach throughout the sales funnel, ensuring high levels of satisfaction that lead to loyalty and referrals. 
  • Sales Alignment & Reporting: Ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals and provide a comprehensive reporting and analysis to track and share performance throughout the funnel. 
  • Team Development & Productivity: Leading by example, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, continuously improving productivity through QA, deal coaching, sales skills, and professional development. 
  • Distributed Team Management: Effectively manage and optimize the performance of both US-based and offshore remote sales teams, ensuring alignment with sales goals and high standards of productivity and customer service. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Real Estate, Marketing, Operations, and HR, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 8+ years of sales experience with a focus in real estate, including 5+ years experience leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Sales Leadership: Proven success managing sales programs that consistently exceed quotas; 
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive sales growth and operational efficiency. 
  • Real Estate Acumen: Expertise in home buying, mortgage origination, or related industries, with the ability to bring tangible knowledge and immediate impact to Truehold. 
  • Remote and Offshore Leadership: Experience managing remote and offshore sales teams, with strong interpersonal skills to maintain robust professional relationships.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Cultural Fit: Motivated, strategic thinker who can align teams towards shared goals while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
