Innofied is looking for a Director Product Sales to join its growing team. As a leader, you will be playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for our SaaS products. The key focus will be to manage a team of Inside Sales Executives, each of who would own customer accounts, enable end-to-end sales process; hire, train, mentor the team to achieve the desired growth path.
You will be working with the Sales Directors, senior BDMs, Sales Coach and the marketing team to generate new business from the US location for AllRide Apps products.
This job role is for one of their products, AllRide Apps (www.allrideapps.com), a SaaS-based software with smart technologies and AI capabilities for the Transport and Delivery businesses.

Qualification: Min 60% marks throughout
Experience: At least 5 years of managerial experience in B2B Sales with measurable results in team handling and enterprise sales
Job Responsibilities:
Proven strategic B2B selling skills with focus on SaaS
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Ability to articulate and develop professional relationships at enterprise levels.
Monitor a team of inside sales executives on a regular basis, create/edit pitches, provide feedback for betterment.
Analyze customer trends and coordinate with the product team for betterment of the product line.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to lead the inside sales team.
Flexible shift timings to reasonable be available to inside sales executives working in UK and US shifts.
Ability to offer product demonstrations to high value potential customers.
Guide inside sales executives regularly to generate better interests. Document all interactions in CRM
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should be acquainted with calling/email etiquettes with ability to deal with gatekeepers
Experience in B2B / SaaS sales
Experience in planning campaigns, lead the team and execution of the campaigns
