YOUR MISSION.

As Quell's VP of Marketing, your mission is to drive an exceptional launch of our first game, then build sustained subscription growth as we release content updates and new games. Youll shape product decisions, discover new target markets and optimise our pricing strategy.

This opportunity is ideal for a data-driven marketing leader who can balance long-term vision and rapid execution. Like all Quell employees, you'll be granted a meaningful equity stake so you can reap the rewards of your efforts.

YOUR TYPICAL WEEK.

  • Work directly with the CEO and COO to set commercial strategy, develop demand forecasting and set ambitious growth targets
  • Own and allocate a seven-figure annual budget to deliver revenue growth, enhance retention and maintain strong MROI
  • Set marketing strategy, rapidly test hypotheses and continuously adapt in response to insights and analyses
  • Build and execute go-to-market approach for new products and additional markets
  • Source and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors and strategic partners
  • Work closely with the Product teams to prioritise new features and new product development
  • Lead, grow and coach Quell's marketing team to improve performance across all relevant channels
  • Identify, evaluate and exploit untapped and emerging channels
  • Collaborate with the rest of the executive team to identify challenges, opportunities and solutions facing the business

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.

  • Proven leadership record in marketing with 5+ years experience
  • Strong D2C experience including conversion-focused paid marketing
  • Confident analytical skills and data fundamentals
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Expertise in forecasting, measuring and reporting against performance across channels
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication

  • Hardware + software experience e.g. connected fitness, games with peripherals
  • Subscription product experience
  • Influencer and TikTok experience
