Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud and Demand Management Cloud

 

As an Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud and Demand Management Cloud, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and implementation support to clients seeking to enhance their planning capabilities using Oracle Planning software. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading workshops, and delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and consulting services to clients in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning module.
  • Analyze clients' current planning processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and develop comprehensive Oracle Planning solutions based on industry best practices and client-specific needs.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the effective utilization of Oracle Planning tools and functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business objectives and align Oracle Planning solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide recommendations for streamlining and enhancing supply chain and demand planning operations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Planning, staying updated with the latest product developments and industry trends.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, user guides, and training materials, to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and effective project management.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Oracle Planning solutions.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Extensive experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning module, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • 10+ years of Oracle ERP Experience with at least one full Oracle Cloud implementation including planning module. 
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and demand planning concepts, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Proven track record in leading successful Oracle Planning implementations and delivering high-quality consulting services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud Planning and Collaboration is highly desirable.

 

Travel:

  • Up to 25% travel 

 

US Base Pay Disclosure

 

Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, considering many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $160,000 to $200,000.

 

In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.

 

Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
