About Us:

Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leader in practical HR training, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world HR skills. We are looking for an experienced HR Trainer to deliver our 3-month, hands-on HR curriculum to aspiring HR professionals in colleges.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate HR Trainer with practical experience across all core HR functions. The trainer will be responsible for delivering our comprehensive 3-month HR course that covers 8 key modules, focusing on real-time projects and practical application.

The role is flexible and can be full-time, part-time, or freelance, depending on the candidate's availability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Practical HR Training: Conduct hands-on HR training sessions based on a 3-month curriculum, covering:
    1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    2. Payroll & Compensation Management
    3. Performance Management Systems
    4. Learning & Development (L&D)
    5. Employee Engagement & Retention
    6. HR Analytics
    7. Labor Laws & Compliance
    8. Organizational Development (OD)
  • Course Customization: Adapt the curriculum as needed to fit the specific needs of college students, ensuring the training is engaging and impactful.
  • Guiding Real-Time Projects: Provide students with practical tasks, case studies, and real-world HR projects in each module.
  • Mentoring & Evaluation: Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide mentorship to help them achieve their HR career goals.
  • Collaboration with Colleges: Work closely with college administration to ensure smooth delivery of the program and handle any administrative tasks related to training.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in HR, with exposure to all 8 core HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, L&D, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, Labor Laws, and OD).
  • Training Expertise: Prior experience in conducting HR training sessions, workshops, or seminars will be preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to simplify complex HR concepts and engage students.
    • Proficiency in HR tools like Zoho Recruit, BambooHR, Excel for Payroll, Power BI for HR Analytics, etc.
    • Ability to mentor students and evaluate project work.
