Position Overview:

In this role, you'll manage multiple high-profile projects, coordinate with diverse teams, and ensure the delivery of top-quality results. Your leadership will be key in maintaining client satisfaction and meeting project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Leadership: Oversee project teams, including internal staff and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
Client Liaison: Act as the main contact for US clients, providing clear communication and addressing any concerns or changes.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve project management processes and increase overall efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience in the localization or language services field.
Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with relevant project management software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
