WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

 

  • Hourly Wage: 
    • Undergraduate Information Services Intern: $23.00 
    • Graduate Information Services Intern: $26.00 
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

 

  • You will work as part of a production team with experienced I/T professionals.  
  • Participate as an active team member working on various I/T projects within your assigned team. 
  • Provide input and express creative solutions to I/T problems. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

 

  • Currently enrolled in a computer-related degree and/or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience programming in Python and SQL 
  • Ability to query, clean, transform, and model data for use by business owners. Can support, with guidance, the analytic and/or operational use of data. 
  • Collaboration with business owners to define model needs and deploy useful model outputs (e.g., dashboards, reports, emails, etc).  
  • Knowledge to apply software engineering best practices to analytics code (e.g., version control, testing, CI/CD and code-review).
  • Able to develop, test and integrate new data features and functionality as defined by the product owners and business teams. 
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

 

  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS), combined with data analysis and statistical skills. 
  • Machine Learning foundational understanding and experience with machine learning libraries.
