Position Description

Nous recrutons actuellement un Senior Account Manager, basé dans le Ouest de la France pour développer notre portefeuille de solutions de diagnostic moléculaire. Ce poste sera basé à domicile ; les exigences de déplacement pourront atteindre 60 %.

Les Principales Responsabilités Comprennent

  • Maintenir la relation KOL et avec les clients existants.
  • Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Augmenter les ventes auprès de clients existants, en soutenant d'autres spécialistes et représentants et en mettant en place des plans d’actions permettant de maximiser les revenus.
  • Gérer de manière autonome le territoire géographique.
  • Utilisez la base de données clients pour saisir et fournir des informations qui augmenteront l'efficacité "devant" le client et faciliteront les ventes.
  • Organiser des réunions/canaux de communication pour assurer une communication efficace entre les différentes unités.

Position Requirements

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise ès sciences, doctorat ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience commerciale confirmée sur le marché du Diagnostic.
  • Expérience de la gestion de grands comptes.
  • Connaissances techniques en biologie moléculaire.
  • Capacité de vendre à tous les niveaux d'une organisation et contre des concurrents.
  • Connaissance des marchés concernés.
  • Langue maternelle française et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Volonté de voyager dans le Ouest de la France.

Exigences personnelles

  • Capacité de travailler de manière autonome.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise.
  • Bonnes capacités d'administration, de planification et d'organisation.
