Sales Support Representative

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to cold leads using a provided dialer
  
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives
  
• Conduct basic qualification of prospects over the phone
  
• Update customer notes and records in the system
  
• Follow up with prospects via email when necessary
  
• Prepare and manage documents, as well as update lead records
  

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills, ability to speak clearly on the phone with little or no accent
  
• Sales or appointment-setting experience required
  
• Customer service background is a plus
  
• 2-minute voice recordings required
