Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager for Europe, you'll oversee complex projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional results for our European clients. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success and maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, including internal resources and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for European clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate them and ensure project continuity.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within the localization or language services industry.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one other European language is preferred.
