As a Lead Nuclear Sales Manager, you'll take ownership on sales orders for new and existing customers. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you'll build trusted relationship. Being an ambassador for the customer, you'll contribute innovative insights that shape new and existing sales opportunities
 

As an Lead Nuclear Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Selling product(s), services and projects, including Reuter-Stokes nuclear neutron, gamma, and associated hardware to support boiling water reactors (BWR) within the North American geographic as well as, support small modular reactor (SMR) growth.
  • Collaborating with internal sales to develop value for Customers and negotiating externally T&C’s promptly with contract specialists to exceed customer expectations.
  • Working with customers to address technical issues, assisting customers in preparing specifications and providing the voice of the customer.
  • Driving large estimated orders and convertibility while meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets with a focus on medium- size territory
  • Monitoring market, competition, and customer-specific strategic and operational factors to ensure reliable market intelligence is available to support business decisions
  • Developing and building compelling relationships with key individuals within the assigned customer’s organization
  • leveraging contacts to anticipate needs and accurately forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Developing leads and opportunities and connecting with internal functional, technical and product line teams to drive growth.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Need a Bachelor's degree.
  • Need a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Inside Technical Sales.
  • Experience working with nuclear power
  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously with proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
