Your missions

Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team at Melbourne Airport.

You’ll engage with small to medium-sized businesses in regional markets, expanding our customer base. Collaborating with your Sales Manager and the Head of Inside Sales, you’ll drive campaigns that grow new business, increase market share, and build lasting partnerships.

This role offers the chance to develop as both a "hunter" and "framer" in sales, with support from a dynamic team in a well-connected office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a national portfolio with a target of $4.5M+, leveraging upsell and cross-sell opportunities to exceed goals.
  • Drive lead generation and qualify new business opportunities through strategic market research and customer insights.
  • Build and nurture lasting customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate trading terms, handle credit requests, and manage customer remediation processes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt your approach to meet evolving customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Up to 5 years of experience in account management or inside sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track, manage, and grow your pipeline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to engage confidently with clients via telephone, Teams, and in-person.
  • The ability to understand and apply industry trends to provide value-added solutions to customers.
