Sales Manager Oncology
Role: Permanent Full Time
Location: Prague, Czechoslovakia

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales you will lead the team of KAMs Hospital specialty brands. Achieving sales targets and managing expenditures. You will be responsible for Territory management- selecting customers, target group coverage, support tenders or price offers together with Commercial team for the Accord range of related products with knowledge of competitors landscape to assure a good return for Accord.
You will Develop, motivate and control KAMs setting up targets and motivate the team of KAMs hospital specialty brands, prepare and justify regular budget and sales forecasts whilst
Managing the promotional activities to prescribers and educational activities to doctors/nurses to deliver sales GM and Opex targets.
You will build, develop and maintain good business relationships with customers in onco/hemato and Uro-onco/urology centers in compliant manner.
Prepare, organize and take an active part in regional seminars, conferences and other events
representing Accord at industry conferences both in the CZ and internationally
The Person
- Degree or equivalent suitable scientific background with substantial experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry within the hospital sector and/or hemato/oncology, urology.
- A proven and documented accomplished record of significant success and experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- An in-depth knowledge of Generic drugs as well as an understanding of the therapeutic context including the competitor landscape
- Key knowledge and experience of sales techniques
- Clear negotiation, communication, diplomacy, influencing and organisational skills
- Flexible, organised with high levels of planning and organisation
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as being self-motivated
- Continuously expanding their product knowledge with strong customer orientation
