Job Description

The Program Director should have 10+ years of executive healthcare experience and focused on flawless execution and executive level management of program-wide delivery and financial health management.

This role will be responsible for executive level delivery updates and building trust and partnership between Oracle and a large health system based in Atlantic County, serving southeastern New Jersey. An integrated system of services, it includes a Regional Medical Center, a Foundation, a Physician Group and a Health Solutions, an accountable care organization.

They should have the ability to have difficult conversations early and often to make timely decisions to drive the roadmap in alignment with the 2030 Vision. The Program Director will partner hand-in-hand with the clients C-Suite and ensure customer objectives and corporate goals are met through the lifecycle of Oracle Health projects and:

  • Lead strategy and accountability for customer roadmap with C-Suite
  • Maintain accountability for external C-Suite level client relationships for Consulting
  • Oversee / Lead the Oracle Health Consulting Engagement Management Team
  • Mentor / Coach / Support Engagement Management Team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to execute customer and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy
  • Monitor key performance indicators and intervene as necessary to mitigate customer risks and ensure value is delivered to the customer as committed
  • Drive vision, innovation, and strategy with customer C-Suite

Day in the Life | Recurring Tasks

  • Accountable for overall health of project execution
  • Accountable for external C-Suite level client relationships for Consulting
  • Ensure OCM/critical metric and Value Objectives processes are met
  • Report Program Level updates to C-Suite
  • Lead the Oracle Health Consulting C-Suite Communications
  • Lead cross functional collaboration with internal and external team members to complete client and methodology vision, objectives and strategy
  • Maintain accountability for client programs
  • Manage financial data trends

US: Hiring Range: from $109,100 - $223,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
