This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world-class engineering center with a focus on excellence.In this position you will provide support to internal and external users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users and IT administrators. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at meetings as needed, and meet with users whenever necessary.Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Windows/ Citrix.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Linux.

Responsibilities

As a Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. You will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. Work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from senior engineers and management and, in some areas may work independently;

Also be able to on-call during on-call rotation.

US: Hiring Range: from $27.02 - $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 - $112,600 per year. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
