Job Description

Oracle Health is looking for a Learning Consultant (Consulting Project Senior Consultant) to join the Change and Learning team in Australia. This is an exciting team that looks to push the boundaries in organisational change and learning space. It is part of the wider organisation of Oracle Health Consulting. You will be part of a dynamic international team in which collaborative working is paramount, delivering value to customers. You will be encouraged to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant you will:

  • Design and develop training materials and assist in developing appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices
  • Facilitate training events to customers on various Oracle Cerner products contextualised to their clinical workflows that build motivation and ability
  • Prepare lesson plans including methods, materials and documentation to be presented.
  • Review course content to address current product features, functions and workflow to address the needs of clients
  • Using effective influencing skills, you will provide one-on-one support to client to promote adoption of Oracle Cerner solutions
  • Collaborate with and coordinate between Oracle Health and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies
  • Manage localisation of course content in regard to current solution features, functions and workflow
  • Evaluate and proactively improve measurement of learning solution efficiency using standard process methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 4 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education/undergraduate degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in learning/adult education, project/program management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
  • Experience in training and/or building training materials (including classroom based and eLearning assets). Familiarity with Oracle Health Millennium applications will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of applications, Office 365, and other web-based applications and digital platforms (eg. Teams, Slack, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills particularly in the area of leading multiple tasks/conflicting priorities and multi-disciplinary issues to meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge, skills and concepts across different contexts
