A fully operational Account Management team is vital to ensure SuperFactions growth. You are the daily face of SuperFaction and are responsible for delivering our contractual promises - innovative and best-in-class creatives and service for our clients. When you are successful, you can expect clients to increase their account size, leading to positive account growth.
You achieve this by bringing performance marketing/user acquisition acumen, production discipline and a deep understanding of the gaming industry and its advertising needs. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration.
Our clients are a diverse category of clients that accompass games, apps and e-commerce. These companies may be in an earlier or mature phase of growth and look to us for marketing and user acquisition advice as well as creative insight, ideation and production.
We provide partnerships to our clients and your role is responsible for making our main POC lives easier; you foresee challenges before they arise and are ready to provide and discuss solutions without prompt.
You know how to deeply motivate and excite the clients and approach their business challenges with a solution-focused mindset. You will inspire a team of in-in house and vendor partners (hubs) by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple creative concepts that align to each of your clients strategies and meet their expectations by producing a thorough response to brief.
Above all, you will make the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creative, consistent with the clients’ brand, and be able to take and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes work forward while aligning to your clients business goals
You will play a key role in the production of creative assets, including video production and general creative production with our creative teams. You will be responsible for executions that exceed the expectations of our clients.
With a deep knowledge and passion for user acquisition, gaming and engaging advertising, you will inspire our clients to see creative opportunities and drive a results-centric point of view.
What You’ll Do:
-Speak & Read Mandarin and English and collaborate with our Sales lead for China.
-Be customer oriented to ensure success in this role
-Provide growth insights and media buying strategies
-Foster and nurture a partnership with clients, so that you become a necessary part of their workflow
-Communicate on a regular basis with your clients and seek to always manage their expectations
-Champion SuperFaction’s mission statement, principles and company goals in their day to day
-Engage and excite the clients about the work SF are producing
-Foster streamlined and efficient workstreams with hubs to reduce friction and rework, with the singular focus on producing high quality work on timely delivery
-Responsible for understanding the strategic objectives of the clients’ business and creating marketing goals from such objectives that are technically sound, feasible and timely.
-Using your experience and knowledge of marketing and user acquisition, to guide the teams to create specific creative strategies that both resonate with clients as well as deliver results
-Manage accounts in a streamlined efficient problem resolution focus to generate sales and growth
-Work with Director of Client Services to identify new business opportunities within the clients and support in writing pitches and cost proposals.

Experience you bring:
-Experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive
-Fluent in English and Mandarin in speech and reading.
-Experience leading brand, content, and communication design experience, with substantial exposure to a wide variety of disciplines and channels including online and offline advertising, video, social and interactive multimedia to amplify brand strategy and storytelling
-Strong digital and social media campaign and creative experience.
-Able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
-Comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
-Analytical skills to judge the current market and the competition in order to set accurate pricing.
