Key responsabilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for various devices
- Set up/configure meetings and manage support requests through ServiceNow
- Document actions in the ticketing system and maintain communication until resolution
- Assist with software installation, configuration, and password/account setups
