Your missions

Role- Technical Support
Location- Arlington VA 22203 (Onsite)
Duration- 10+ Month Contract

Shift Hours- Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm with 1 hour lunch)

Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Set up and configure meetings and manage support requests through ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer support requests for hardware and software issues.
  • Set up and configure both virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Use ServiceNow to log, track, and prioritize support requests.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software; assist with password resets, account setups, and access permissions.
  • Provide Tier I support for operating systems, software, VoIP, email, mobile devices, malware/virus detection, and network access.
  • Escalate issues as needed and manage cases according to defined severities and priorities.
  • Document support issues and actions in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain communication until issues are resolved or handed off.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Amazon, CompTIA).
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac, Linux, mobile devices (Android and Apple).
  • Familiarity with AV equipment (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to self-educate on new technical scenarios.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
