In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations to meet customer demands while optimizing costs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance standards and measurement.
  • Analyze a variety of supply chain data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Design and maintain automated, interactive dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions across the supply chain.
  • Generate reports and metrics using relevant systems to support logistics operations and improve visibility for the distribution management team.
  • Oversee inventory, storage, and transportation; assist with order fulfillment processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Monitor ocean shipments, associated costs, and timelines to ensure efficiency.
  • Support replenishment planning, supplier enablement, and second sourcing initiatives; assist with remote warehouse planning and transfers.
  • Contribute to supplier quarterly business reviews and maintain their scorecards.
  • Conduct regular analyses to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend appropriate actions.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant supply chain experience, valuing a combination of education and practical experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Competencies: Demonstrated integrity, resourcefulness, customer focus, teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
