Senior Supply Chain Project Manager - Agile & Waterfall Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects: Oversee and consolidate multiple work streams into cohesive programs, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout.
• Drive Communication: Keep stakeholders and upper management informed about project issues, status, and remediation efforts.
• Manage Execution: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting while facilitating backlog grooming sessions and prioritizing deliverables with the Scrum team.
• Resource Oversight: Manage time, budget, scope, and resource allocations to keep projects on track.
• Handle Risks: Identify and address issues and risks, and oversee defect resolution processes.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum: Conduct Scrum events, project sprint demonstrations, and ensure smooth execution of Agile practices.
• Forecast & Accountability: Build forecasts and manage timesheet accountability to ensure accurate project tracking.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience, with a strong background in delivering IT systems projects. Supply chain experience is a must if you don't have a tech background.
• Methodologies: Deep understanding of both Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with demonstrated success in applying them.
• Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Project Desktop is required; experience with Microsoft Project Online (PWA) is preferred.
• Automation: Experience with automation is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a track record of working effectively across IT and business organizations.
  
  

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  
  

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional longer hours as needed.
