As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Our client portfolio includes a diverse range of Fortune 500 companies across various industries such as technology, CPG, retail, media, communication, and financial services.

About You

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in market research or consumer insights, on either the supplier or client side.
  • Demonstrated experience in serving clients within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, preferably in a business development or consulting role.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve business development targets, aiming to grow your own book of business within our team.
  • Ability to provide customized solutions to diverse clients across industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, enjoy collaboration, and naturally seek opportunities to coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Ambitious curiosity and thrive on new challenges.
  • Tech-savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and impeccable attention to detail and organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and manage a targeted list of prospective clients, while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Conduct daily outbound sales prospecting activities and contribute to marketing efforts to enhance our brand profile and generate inbound leads and RFPs.
  • Develop winning proposals and design innovative qualitative and quantitative research studies.
  • Collaborate with the research team to oversee project execution, ensuring methodology is followed, issues are resolved promptly, and final reports exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as the main client contact throughout the research process, ensuring their strategic business objectives are met and exploring opportunities to expand our services.
