Your missions

Position Summary

Join our dynamic Customer Success team, where we support nearly 2,000 clients in the medical and legal sectors, helping them achieve their goals through our digital marketing solutions. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of clients who use our various digital marketing solutions. Your mission is to nurture these relationships, help clients set and reach their marketing objectives, and foster long-term satisfaction. You'll collaborate with clients to review their progress, identify opportunities for growth, and provide ongoing support through consultations, product demonstrations, and strategic advice.

Essential Duties

  • Become an expert on our digital marketing products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Guide clients in utilizing our solutions to meet their marketing goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and help them achieve their objectives through regular meetings and performance reviews.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
  • Strive to enhance client satisfaction and turn clients into enthusiastic advocates.
  • Contribute to key metrics like client retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Embrace and support our evolving customer success practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience managing digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
  • 1+ years of consultative sales experience.
  • Familiarity with HTML, WordPress, GSuite Products, Google AdWords, Google My Business, and Google Analytics.
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Position Details

  • Base Salary: $45k-55k USD, based on experience.
  • Variable Compensation: Uncapped commissions for upsells and revenue retention bonuses (average \(5k-\)15k annually).
  • Position Type: Full-time, Salaried, Exempt.
  • Location: Remote, hybrid, or in-office (Melville, NY or Lehi, UT).
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 9am-6pm MST (with flexibility available).
  • Travel: Occasional local or national travel (less than 5% of the time).
  • Physical Requirements: Desk work (90%); ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
