Summary

The Senior Client Success Specialist is responsible for providing expert program guidance to clients and tenants.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Reviews residents' third party insurance policies to determine compliance with client's requirements for opting out of damage waiver program.
  • Connects with clients on penetration decreases.
  • Implements new properties for existing clients.
  • Provides client and resident facing customer service.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates .
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

Two (2) or more years, relevant experience

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving and time management skills

Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
