Job Title: Administrative Assistant 5 - Exec Asst
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide high-level administrative support to a fast-paced sales team in the health and public services sector. The team recently merged with a federal team and requires additional administrative support. You will handle calendar management for a CVP level team member, coordinate morale and leadership events, book domestic travel, manage vendor setups, and support budget and Rhythm of Business activities.
Hard Skills
- Minimum 10 years experience with calendaring in Outlook
- Minimum 8 years experience with administrative support for large teams (100+ team members) and supporting executives
- Minimum 5 years experience with prior experience in a large enterprise tech company
Soft Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Great attitude and flexibility as business needs change
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 40 Weekly.
Work Environment
MOSTLY-REMOTE-LOCAL (need to work 2-3 days a month onsite in Redmond, WA office)
