Job Description
Client is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to focus on identifying opportunities to delight customers and drive growth across organization. As a member of the Research Team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering multiple research projects across various business and stakeholder groups. We leverage both qualitative and quantitative research methods to deeply understand our customers—how they currently utilize technology, their unmet needs, motivations, barriers, and opportunities to enhance their lives through technology. The Customer Insights Manager will own and execute end-to-end customer research studies across business areas (e.g. Smart Light Bulbs, Prospective Smart Home Customers), including study strategy & design, survey writing and programming (or co-creation of quant/qual research materials with research vendor), data collection & analysis, recommendations, report-writing, and discussing implications with senior stakeholders. You will drive impact by ensuring that research design and outcomes link to business implications and observing studies over time for important trends. You will proactively propose, build, and continuously improve processes for collection and socialization of customer insights.

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Environment
Preferred locations are Seattle, NY, Sunnyvale, and Denver, with a preference for in-office presence 2x a week. Remote work is possible, but relocation may be necessary for conversion opportunities. Preferred working hours are PST, with flexibility for other time zones.
