HSI is rapidly growing and we are looking for amazing Business Development Representatives to join the most fun team in the organization.

This is a FULLY REMOTE opportunity. Equipment provided.

Essential Functions

Make calls to prospects for new business discovery.
Proactively seek new business opportunities, developing and nurturing connections/relationships with prospects by phone or email.
Accurately communicate the value of our products and services.
Gather valuable qualifying information from prospects.
Schedule consultations for prospects with Account Executives.
Maintain and accurately manage Salesforce and Salesloft activities, and activities related to other business tools.
Support team members and other associates.
Meet or exceed monthly quota objectives for setting sales-qualified appointments.
Operate with the utmost integrity and professionalism, conducting yourself in a way that builds trust and credibility.
Work under general supervision, but a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, initiative,
and creativity is required.

Requirements

High School Diploma required. College degree or relevant work experience preferred. - We do recognize there are various educational pathways and encourage anyone who believes they are qualified to perform the essential job functions to apply. We review and consider all applications.

1-2 years in Sales Development, Business Development, Account Development, or Sales, with B2b SaaS (software) category experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
Self-driven, self-motivated, self-aware, and disciplined.
A competitive mindset with a desire to win and a willingness to be coached.
Great team player with the ability to work independently.
