Job Title: Remote Project and Account Manager (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $2,000 USD/month


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day (35 hours per week) - Our business hours are 9am - 6pm EST. There is some flexibility in your working hours, but the expectation is that you are able to actively respond to client requests and questions from your team members during East Coast business hours.




Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of digital marketing and practice growth services to allied health professionals. Their agency works primarily with cosmetic medical providers, including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, nurse injectors, dentists, and Med Spas. Experience or interest in this niche is highly desirable. If you have no experience, you’ll need to quickly immerse yourself in the world of elective beauty treatments so you can understand their clients’ needs.


Job Overview:

This hybrid role requires a dedicated individual to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their digital marketing strategies and ensuring the achievement of their goals. The successful candidate will break down complex plans into actionable tasks, track progress, and monitor results. Given the client base primarily consists of American businesses, fluency in English and familiarity with American culture and marketing trends are essential. As the initial point of contact, the individual must be experienced and comfortable interacting with clients via Zoom, email, and phone.


The role demands adaptability and a willingness to embrace a dynamic work environment, as no two days are identical. This position is not suitable for individuals seeking predictable tasks or who become frustrated by changing priorities.




Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client emails or phone calls within 24 hours.
  • Ensure marketing plans are executed on time and on budget.
  • Lead calls with clients via Zoom or phone to discuss account status, troubleshoot issues, etc.
  • Monitor account metrics to ensure we are meeting client expectations.
  • Manage your time effectively to provide excellent service to all of your clients. You’ll manage between 8 - 10 accounts in this role.
  • Learn your client’s business inside and out so you can drive the quality of content, design, and marketing deliverables and ensure they meet your clients’ expectations.
  • Create detailed tasks in our project management platform and ensure they are completed on time and to the client’s specifications.
  • Work closely with our team of developers, designers, writers, and senior management to execute on tasks.
  • QA all work before it goes to clients.
  • Prepare monthly status reports for your clients.
  • Communicate with Senior Management about the status of your accounts and escalate issues or client concerns immediately if they arise.
  • Carefully track your time in our project management platform (this is mandatory - if you have a problem with time tracking, please do not apply for this job).


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English; excellent team member - they expect their PMs to jump in and help out other PMs as needed; willingness to innovate and improve processes; ability to see through the forest and roll through occasional workload stressors
  • At least 4 years of experience working in a client-facing digital marketing role, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Experience working remotely for at least 3 years.
  • Experience with PM tools - the client uses TeamWork but if you are familiar with Asana, Monday, Clickup, etc., you'll be fine!
  • Marketing mindset, good working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, user experience design, etc.
  • A stickler for detail and deadlines.
  • Love serving your clients and get a true thrill out of seeing them succeed.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social media, SEO, and user experience.
  • Someone that thrives in a fast-paced work environment and are comfortable with changing priorities.
  • Excellent team player – each day you will work with 30+ people from all over the world (and with varying levels of English), primarily through written communication.
