Bellwether Transformations (formerly HR Transformations) is a Management Consulting firm with an active and growing change management practice. We currently have a roster of over 220 clients across a wide variety of industries from Financial Services to Manufacturing, CPG to Retail & Distribution and a team of 35+ talented Consultants.  We employ fresh, flexible and pragmatic approaches that put our clients front and centre. The success of our projects has been based on the caliber of our consultants, the uniquely integrated way we work and our robust best practice change management framework. We are rapidly growing our North American footprint within our ERP Change Management and Digital Transformation Services. As we look towards our future and anticipate our growth, we are interested in meeting experienced Change Management Leads & Change Enablement Consultants to expand our network and build long-lasting relationships. 


THE OPPORTUNITY

The ERP Change Management Consultant and Change Management Lead apply our best practice based Change Management model to develop a comprehensive change management plan that incorporates activities to change employee skills, tasks and behaviours to optimize the change, including:

  • Assess organizational impact and organizational readiness for the change
  • Activate leadership to take ownership of the change
  • Ensure alignment between any new processes or tasks, and org structure and roles
  • Engage employees and managers in the design of the change, and ensure all understand their new roles post implementation
  • Train employees on new system and process skills related to the change
  • Contribute to change communications, training and knowledge transfer plans and activities using a pragmatic and creative approach for high impact results

YOU   


You’re comfortable contracting with an established boutique firm and look forward to furthering your successful track record of delivering superior results for clients. In addition, you: 
  • Combine your relevant educational background with at least 5 years of experience on ERP or complex technology implementations such as SAP / S4 Hana implementations that involve multiple core modules
  • Have a proven track record of creating and executing change, engagement, and communication plans that delivered results in challenging environments.  Ideally, you have been responsible for overseeing and / or developing the implementation of training strategies.  Experience in organization design as it relates to technology transformation is an asset
  • Are known for your ability to anticipate and identify emerging issues related to digital change; providing practical solutioning in a way that compels engagement and alignment of leadership and project team members
  • Leverage your team leadership and project management skills to ensure that change plans are executed with a high degree of quality, on time  
  • Are flexible, pragmatic and like to toggle between strategic advisory and hands-on “doing”
