Description

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for the mortgage industry? This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain new business opportunities, gain new clients, and oversee the operations team. If you have extensive experience and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through effective key relationships.
  • Set up introductory meetings with new clients, conduct sales presentations, and coordinate follow-up strategies.
  • Network through social media, industry conferences, and direct contact to expand your client base.
  • Collaborate with operations to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and reports for clients.
  • Oversee and manage initial jobs with new clients to ensure a smooth transition of service needs to the operations team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry or a due diligence company, with at least 3 years in a client relations role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and capital markets. Experience with Mortgage Backed Securities and due diligence processes is a plus.
  • Strong relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators preferred.
  • Proven networking, negotiation, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work with clients to analyze their needs and design value-added solutions.
