Supply Chain Manager - Leadership & Innovation in Global Operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of supply chain professionals to ensure effective supply planning and inventory management.
• Optimize the flow of goods from suppliers to manufacturing and from manufacturing to customers by utilizing lean principles and strategic planning.
• Assist in the successful launch of new products by collaborating cross-functionally to integrate consumer needs, competitive insights, and supplier capabilities.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing networks to be flexible, innovative, and resilient.
• Identify and implement system, process, and reporting improvements to manage costs, material demand, and volatility.
• Coordinate supply chain reporting and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage contract negotiations and supplier performance to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Contribute to acquisition or divestiture activities and assist with reporting and budgeting initiatives.
• Lead meetings and training to boost productivity and meet business objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in capital equipment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is highly preferred.
  
  

Core Competencies

• Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Proven ability to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and streamline operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and master production scheduling.
• Experience with Syteline is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, strategic sourcing methodologies, and project management.
