Job description

Voltix Services is a premier provider of integrated facility management solutions. We are currently seeking a diligent and multi-skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join our vibrant team in London. This role requires an experienced professional who is adept at maintaining and repairing various building systems while being mobile across different locations within London.

Responsibilities

As a Multi-Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Diagnosing and rectifying faults in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to solve complex technical issues.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards during maintenance tasks.
Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer.
Competency in working with HVAC, M&E equipment, basic electrical and plumbing works.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
