Your missions

Overview:
The Implementation Engineer - Salesforce / MS Dynamics plays a pivotal role in implementing and customizing Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics solutions to meet the organization's requirements. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of these platforms across the organization, impacting various departments from sales and marketing to customer service and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics solutions, including customization and configuration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics.
  • Ensure successful integration with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the testing and deployment phases.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and production support.
  • Train end-users on new features and functionality.
  • Optimize system performance and resolve technical issues and challenges.
  • Document design, architecture, and key processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the CRM systems.
  • Assist in evaluating new technologies and staying current with industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to end-users.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience implementing and customizing Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics solutions.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and customization in Salesforce.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.
  • Understanding of data migration and integration concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology landscapes.
