We are a dynamic recruitment agency specializing in finding top talent for a diverse range of roles across various industries. Our clients are based in the United States, and we pride ourselves on our exceptional placement rates and ability to find the best candidates.

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and keyword strategies to identify and engage top talent for diverse roles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm EST, paid in USD twice a month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and keyword optimization to source candidates for various roles across different industries.

  • Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential candidates, building relationships and maintaining communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring timely follow-ups and regular check-ins.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.

  • Data Management: Track and report on sourcing activities, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter License.

  • Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and keyword optimization.

  • Experience sourcing for a variety of roles across different industries.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment.

  • Knowledge of additional sourcing platforms and tools.
