Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the financial planning and analysis function by providing critical insights and developing complex financial models to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for reporting performance-related financial results across various entities, managing forecasting, and ensuring validation and reporting for specific processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, data analytics, and industry dynamics, particularly within the insurance sector. You will collaborate with business owners to evaluate strategic initiatives and present findings to the CFO for approval. Additionally, you will oversee control and sign-off processes, manage presentation and management reports, and ensure their ongoing relevance.

Requirements
Total Work Experience:
- Minimum Required: 4-6 years

Work Experience in This Field:

Work Experience in Insurance Companies:
- Minimum Required: 5 years (Preferred: P&C Insurance, but Life Insurance background is also acceptable)
English Proficiency:
- Minimum Required: Intermediate
- Preferred: Fluent
Required Education:
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
Required Branches of Study:
- Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering. Finance degree a plus
Other Critical Skills:
- Database / BI Apps / Financial Modeling: Advanced (Forecasting/planning/Business Case Modeling)
Software / Tool Skills:
- SQL: (SAS, MySQL, Microsoft Access) Intermediate (4-6 Years)
- Excel: Advanced (7+ Years)
- Power BI: Intermediate (4-6 Years)
- SAP Analytics Cloud: preferred
