ClickUp/GHL/Make Implementation Specialist

Keller is seeking an experienced ClickUp/GHL/Make Expert for a new installation and setup for a startup incubator. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing these solutions to meet the specific needs of the organization. This is a permanent role, remote from anywhere.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with the team to understand their processes and requirements.
• Plan and execute the installation and setup of ClickUp/GHL/Make.
• Customize systems by creating workflows, templates, forms, and integrations to streamline operations.
• Train team members on how to effectively use these tools for project management and collaboration.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise.
• Work on a few of the incubator's brands and help to build up and improve operations!

Requirements

• Prior experience in installing, configuring, and customizing a similar tech stack.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Experience working with startups or in a fast-paced, innovative environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand and map business processes to workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
