Your missions

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a RegTech Implementation Specialist.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a legal background and technical expertise to manage integration with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance tools, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure smooth integration with external tools & systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize feature requirements for our RegTech software platform.
  • Perform testing, quality assurance, and validation of RegTech software modules to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in implementing, customizing, and integrating our RegTech solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RegTech, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to showcase our RegTech solutions through product demonstrations, client presentations, and industry events.

Key requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in regulatory technology or related domains, with a strong understanding of compliance processes and AML regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RegTech software solutions, data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex regulatory scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, able to work independently.
