Job Summary: The Recovery Specialist is responsible for initiating the appropriate action to recover outstanding claim balances by contacting consumers utilizing our state-of-the-art contact solution.
work closely with Insurance Claim Specialists in completing claims billing and follow-up activities.
Job Duties-– The duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:

QualificationsSatisfactory preliminary criminal history background check determination and a satisfactory drug screening. The ability to perform this job successfully and perform each duty essentially. Previous experience in third-party collections and/or related industry preferred but not required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. This includes high-volume phone calls and/or correspondence to assigned customers in a fast-paced, goal-oriented damage recovery and subrogation department. The Recovery Specialist will Have knowledge of the FDCPA, State Collection Laws, HIPAA, and how they fit within the recovery management cycle in relation to auto damage claims and subrogation.
