Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll empower customers to make informed financial decisions and achieve their dreams. You’ll handle a variety of inquiries, from account balances to fund transfers, and guide customers to helpful resources.

How It Works

  • Join a group of associates in a Customer Service role.
  • Spend the first six months training to become a Financial Customer Associate, progressing from basic to more complex customer interactions, including digital channels.
  • Continue to support customers, with time allocated for team activities, well-being support, and career coaching.
  • Opportunity to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, depending on your career path.

Shifts And Hours

Monday - Friday. Training hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Post-training, you must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 12:00 noon - 8:30 PM EST.
