Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to support our US Federal customers, leading the implementation and operations of ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will effectively manage dynamic environments, provide strategic and tactical support, and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of accountability for contract performance and project scope.
- Lead project kickoff, sprint/scrum ceremonies, and provide accurate status reports.
- Ensure software delivery includes production-ready software, unit tests, and user stories.
- Translate requirements into user stories with clear definitions.
- Manage resources, project activities, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
- Execute contract closeout activities.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables.
- Engage with stakeholders through continuous communication.
- Serve as a scrum master and manage project risks.
- Implement ServiceNow solutions, including CMDB, IT Asset Management, and Service Mapping.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of Project Management experience.
- PMP and ServiceNow System Administrator certifications.
Preferred:
- Agile/Scrum certifications.
- ServiceNow ITOM or CIS certification.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
- Federal consulting experience.
