Business Analyst III- Provider Data Management

**Join the Provider Data Management Team with Louisiana Healthcare Connections** This role is Monday- Friday 8-5pm CST.

Position Purpose: With the Louisiana Healthcare Connections PDM team, you will perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.

• Gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues using your Power Bi experience.

• The Provider Data Management team supports business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of various systems.

• Maintain and modify SQL scripts based on business requirements.

• Present and facilitate meetings with Executive leadership.

• Support execution of large-scale projects with limited direction from leadership

• Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes

• Serve as the subject matter expert on the assigned function product to ensure operational performance

• Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations

• Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement

• Formulate and update departmental policies and procedures

• Train staff on Centene preferred applications.

REQUIRED Education/Experience:
Provider Data: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of business process analysis (documenting business process, gathering requirements) experience in healthcare industry and/or working in a data driven environment. Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred. Experience managing projects with a high reliance on technology.
