Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 3 + years of experience in business analysis or consulting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating workshops and presenting findings. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Core responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development teams.

Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and present actionable insights through reports and visualizations.

Map and optimize business processes, designing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Work with technical teams to design, evaluate, and justify solutions that meet business objectives.

Support project management by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and communicating updates and risks to stakeholders.
