Your missions

This is a remote position.

  • Half Day Tuesday 12pm to 5pm, Wednesday to Sunday 3pm to 11pm
  • 45 hours a week, to cover 5pm - 10pm EST. Dinner shifts. Especially Friday and Saturday
  • Manager Tempo Dispatch Software 
  • Assigning delivery orders to drivers for optimisation.
  • Recrruiting drivers and onboarding
  • Responding to Delivery Orders requests.
  • Reaching out to Customer/ Restaurant Manager/Drivers having ordering issues.
  • Work closely with team members to complete tasks. 
  • Previous experience in managing Driver/Dispatch Management software will be preferred.
Requirements
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizing client files.  google Drive and Zoho CRM
  • Presentation preparation in google Slides
