Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer - Usability Testing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer specializing in Compatibility Testing to join our team. This role involves evaluating technical candidates for senior-level compatibility testing positions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in compatibility testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for compatibility testing positions, focusing on evaluating candidates skills in browser compatibility, OS compatibility, and more.
  
• Develop and continuously update assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends and best practices in compatibility testing.
  
• Collaborate closely with HR and QA teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly.
  
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, helping to inform hiring decisions.
  
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in compatibility testing technologies and tools, ensuring assessments remain current and relevant.
  
• Facilitate technical workshops or discussions to evaluate candidates’ hands-on skills in a collaborative environment.
  
• Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers, providing guidance on best practices and interview techniques.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 7+ years of experience in compatibility testing roles.
  
• Deep understanding of compatibility testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  
• Proficiency with tools and frameworks used in compatibility testing.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  
• Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews.
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest compatibility testing trends and technologies.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
