We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and market footprint in the DACH region. You will reach out to hotels, hotel chains, and other hospitality companies, preaching the good word about Flexkeeping, nurturing relationships with prospects, and converting them into happy, long-lasting customers. You will also promote and develop partnerships and look for new business opportunities to help us grow in the region and beyond.

  • Searching for new sales channels and opportunities.
  • Nurturing and developing regional business partnerships to generate mutual growth.
  • Responding to, qualifying, and converting good fit inbound leads into successful customers.

  • Maintaining detailed and clear records of all activities in the CRM.
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and hotel operations trends.
  • Preparing regular KPI and OKR reports.
  • Representing the company at business events, fairs, conferences, forums and similar.
  • Other duties, as required.

  • Good time management and organisation.
  • Reliable and proactive.

🟡 The Culture of Flexkeeping

They ask us: “How did you get recognised as one of the 10 Best Places to Work in Hotel Tech?”

... simple: We are keeping it real!

In other words - we want to provide a supportive environment where everyone can be themselves. We want to work with honest, incredible individuals who want to do something big, learn, contribute, and have fun. Business is dull if it’s not fun. But it is also a waste of time if you don’t mean business!

We might be in different places in life. Someone has a family, another person is just out of college, and the third person is a true voyager. Whatever your thing is, we support you as long as we are moving the mountains of hotel operations together, growing the business, and having ridiculous amounts of fun while going at it.

🎉 Perks and benefits of working with us

  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Remote-friendly, actually remote-first.
  • Travelling the world.
  • Personal growth - we want you to become bigger and better, all the time.
  • Fun team events and team outings.
  • Quarterly extra company-wide free “Fri-yays” to relax and do what you love.
  • A young, modern working environment full of like-minded people.
