Your missions

We are continuing the development of our in-house investment platform and administration service into one that is best-in-class and delivers the best experience possible for our customers. We work closely with a team of platform developers/engineers and together we manage the daily processing, controls, and systems needed to manage our customers’ investments and savings. In other words, whenever a customer decides to move their money in the app, we are the team that makes it a reality.

We are looking for a customer focused individual with excellent attention to detail, SIPP administration experience, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, and who is excited about this great opportunity to be part of the future of Moneybox. 

What you'll do
  • As part of the Platform Operations team, you will work closely with other operational, finance, and technology team members. This role will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Assisting with day-to-day operational processes for the investment of cash and stocks in our current and future products.
  • Completing daily reconciliations of customer monies and assets.
  • Managing the transfer process from a payments and settlement perspective.
  • Interacting with providers of our cash products and our funds custodian. 
  • Working with the finance team to process payments to and from partners and customers. 
  • Interacting with other providers to support the Customer Operations team with transfers. 
  • Working with our Customer Support teams to remedy SIPP related customer queries. 
  • Supporting reporting requirements for the various regulations with which Moneybox. must comply including preparing regular updates to our process and procedural documentation.
  • Constantly looking for how we can improve our operational processes within the Platform team and working with the development team to ensure that our investment platform is the best it can be. 
  • Work towards gaining relevant qualifications (i.e. CISI IOC) with the support of Moneybox.

  • Experience and skills (essential)
  • Experience in administering SIPP products and an understanding of pension benefits and drawdowns.
  • Ability to work well both individually with minimal guidance and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of SIPP rules and regulations. 
  • Highly numerate with good Excel skills.
  • Great communication and listening skills.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Experience and skills (desirable)
  • Previous exposure or experience of working with Equisoft/Altus
  • Experience working in an operational team.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of finance operations, financial markets and relevant rules and regulations.
