Your Role as a Senior International IT Recruiter:
Global Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract highly qualified IT candidates from around the world, ensuring a strong match between candidates and client needs.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with partner companies to understand their specific IT staffing requirements, tailoring your recruitment strategies to meet these needs.
Comprehensive Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offer negotiation and placement, ensuring a smooth and effective experience for all parties involved.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top IT talent, using a variety of channels and tools.
